These Terms of Use govern access to the Blue Bin Dumpsters website and general use of our online information and booking tools. Rental-specific pricing, dates and conditions are provided during booking and may supplement these terms.
Website information
We work to keep website information accurate, but availability, service areas, accepted materials and pricing may change. A reservation is not final until it is accepted through the booking process or confirmed by our team.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, delivery and project information
- Ensure safe and lawful access to the placement location
- Obtain any required street, city, HOA or property permission
- Follow loading, weight and restricted-material instructions
- Keep material inside the container and below the top edge
- Contact us promptly about changes or prohibited material
Restricted and specialty materials
Hazardous materials and certain regulated items are not accepted. Specialty or heavy materials may require prior approval or additional handling. Contact us before loading concrete, appliances, tires, mattresses, batteries, liquids or any material you are unsure about.
Access and placement
The customer is responsible for providing adequate access and identifying the desired placement area. We may decline placement that appears unsafe, unlawful or likely to damage property or equipment.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment terms, included service, disposal charges, changes and cancellation conditions are shown during booking or provided in the rental agreement. Contact our team as early as possible when plans change.
Limitation and availability
Website access may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Bin Dumpsters is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website unavailability or reliance on general website information.
